| | | | | | | | | SUMMARY: | The Committee needs to elect a new 2016 Vice-Chair to serve the remainder of the Technical Advisory Committee’s 2016 meetings to fill the vacancy created by the departure of Ryan Chapman from the County of Monterey. |

| | | | | | | | | DISCUSSION: | The Committee bylaws state that the chairmanship is changed during the first quarter of every year. At the January 7, 2016 Technical Advisory Committee meeting, Ryan Chapman from the County of Monterey was selected as the new Vice-Chair. With his departure from the County of Monterey, a new Vice-Chair needs to be selected at this time. The new Vice-Chair would typically be in line to serve as the new chair for the 2017 calendar year. |
