APPROVE calendar year 2017 schedule of meetings for Agency Board of Directors and Executive Committee. |

| | | | | | | | SUMMARY: | In December of every year, the Agency Board approves a schedule of meetings for the following year. The Executive Committee met on November 2, 2016, and recommends approval. |

| | | | | | | | DISCUSSION: | Transportation Agency for Monterey County bylaws require that the Board meeting be held on the 4th Wednesday of the month. The July meeting is cancelled due to summer vacation conflicts. The November meeting is generally cancelled due to conflict with the Thanksgiving Holiday. The December meeting is held on the 1st instead of the 4th Wednesday of the month to avoid conflict with the December holidays. Normally, the Board meets at the Agricultural Center Conference Room, 1428 Abbott Street, Salinas, at 9:00 a.m. Staff is reserving the room for 2017. |
