| | | | | | | | | SUMMARY: | | The Agency Board wishes to recognize Supervisor Fernando Armenta for his 15 years of service to the transit and rail. We would also like to recognize Supervisor Dave Potter for his 20 years of distinguished service to rail projects in Monterey County. |

| | | | | | | | | DISCUSSION: | | Chair Armenta has been District 1 County Supervisor since 2001, representing the City of Salinas, and has been a member of the Transportation Agency for Monterey County’s Rail Policy Committee as well as the longtime Chair of Monterey-Salinas Transit District's Board of Directors during that period. Board member Potter has been District 5 County Supervisor since 1996, and has been Chair of the Transportation Agency for Monterey County’s Rail Policy Committee during that tenure. |
