The workforce data analysis (attached) reflects the employee population as of June 2016. The data shows the Transportation Agency has a diverse workforce in terms of both race and gender. One recruitment was held in fiscal year 2015/16, for the Agency's intern. The analysis of the recruitment shows the racial and gender classifications of the individuals who applied for the position, as well as information on the individual who was selected.
The plan and the annual workforce data analysis, provides guidance and feedback to the Agency's administration and management regarding equal opportunity employment practices and helps to support outreach and continued recruitment of a diverse population. The voluntary plan covers all facets of employment, including but not limited to, recruitment, training, selection, promotions, transfers, compensation, demotions and terminations.
