| | | | | | | | | SUMMARY: | | Fiber additives to asphalt and slurry seal mixes can extend the life of pavement. With Measure X and SB1 pavement maintenance funding going directly to cities and counties, fiber additives may provide a way to extend the life of those maintenance projects and allow agencies to maintain more road miles over time. |
