| | | | | | | | | SUMMARY: | | This presentation offers an alternative to hot-melt asphalt to extend the life of new pavement. With Measure X and SB1 pavement maintenance funding going directly to cities and counties, hot-melt asphalt alternatives may provide a way to extend the life of those maintenance projects and allow agencies to maintain more road miles over time. |
