| | | | | | | | | SUMMARY: | | At the November 6, 2019 meeting, the Committee approved the meeting calendar for 2020 and voted to have four alternative meeting locations. The attached 2020 meeting calendar reflects the Committee's request for four alternate meeting locations. |

| | | | | | | | | DISCUSSION: | Bylaws of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Advisory Committee indicate that meetings shall be held at a specific time and place that the Committee determines to be convenient for the majority of members. Given the broad geography of Monterey County, the Committee requested that for the 2020 year, they would like to integrate four alternative meeting locations in addition to the rotation at the Transportation Agency's Conference Room.
Staff coordinated with outside agencies to find a meeting locations across Monterey County and scheduled the following:
- Sand City Council Chambers (March 4, 2020)
- Castroville Community Services District (May 6, 2020)
- Gonzales City Council Chambers (September 2, 2020)
- Marina Library (November 4, 2020)
