| | | | | | | | | DISCUSSION: | The Agency employees recognize Rich Deal for his professionalism and diligence in representing the Agency in various forums. Most notably they appreciate him for his engineering expertise on roundabout and bicycle and pedestrian projects and doing an awesome job at answering questions and facilitating consensus. |
