| | | | | | | | | SUMMARY: | Mike Zeller has been selected by the employees of the Transportation Agency for Monterey County as the Employee of the Quarter for January - March 2020. |

| | | | | | | | | DISCUSSION: | Agency employees recognize Mike for his key role in helping TAMC evolve into a nearly fully remote workplace during the COVID-19 crisis. He not only led training sessions for staff and Board members, he also assisted other agencies in learning how to hold professional remote meetings. He implemented a cloud-based system before the shelter-in-place, contributing to our ability to transition. Despite these extra duties, Mike maintains a positive attitude and continues to provide personalized staff assistance.
