| | | | | | | | | SUMMARY: | | Ms. Loe has served as an ex officio member of the Transportation Agency for over 14 years. Aileen manages the Division of Transportation Planning and Local Assistance for the State Department of Transportation in Caltrans District 5. She is also responsible for the District's Sustainability efforts and is an avid bicyclist. She will be retiring from Caltrans as of June 30, 2020. |
