The adopted Committee meeting schedule for 2021 sets the meeting time for 3:00 p.m. Recently, a conflicting weekly meeting to discuss pandemic response at 3:00 p.m. every Monday presents a new conflict for five Committee members. One member suggests a temporary change to the meeting time to 2:00 p.m. 

On November 2, 2020, the Committee adopted a meeting schedule for 2021 for 3:00 p.m. on the following Mondays:

• January 11
• February 1
• March 1
• April 5
• May 3
• June 7
• August 2
• September 13
• October 4
• November 1

A new recurring meeting has been set for every Monday at 3:00 p.m. by Supervisor Root Askew for all of the County's Mayors. This meeting creates a conflict for five Rail Policy Committee members. To ensure a quorum for the Committee, one option is for those members to send their alternates to the RPC meeting. Mayor Craig has asked the Committee to consider a temporary rescheduling of the RPC meeting to a 2:00 p.m. start time so that she can attend both meetings.
