APPROVE calendar year 2021 revised schedule of meetings for Agency Executive Committee which changes the meeting start time to 8:30 am. 

In December of every year, the Agency Board approves a schedule of meetings for the following year. The Executive Committee discussed the fact that there is now a conflicting meeting at 10 am on Wednesdays.  A suggestion was made to move the Executive Committee meeting from 9:00 am to 8:30 am.  The dates would remain the same.

During 2020, the Executive Committee meetings convened on the first Wednesday of the month, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The January meeting is held on the 2nd Wednesday instead of the 1st Wednesday of the month at the Transportation Agency for Monterey County Conference Room, 55-B Plaza Circle, Salinas. The 2021 revised schedule of meetings for the Executive Committee proposes to continue this schedule but change the start time from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., due to conflicts with other agency meetings.
