TAMC payments for the month of February 2021


RECOMMENDED ACTION:

ACCEPT the list of checks written for February 2021 and credit card statements for the month of January 2021.

SUMMARY:

The list of checks and copies of credit card statements are submitted to the Transportation Agency Board each month in accordance with the recommendation from the Transportation Agency’s independent Certified Public Accountant to keep the Board informed about the Transportation Agency’s financial transactions.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The checks processed this period total $397,408.07 which, included checks written for February 2021 and payments of the January 2021 Platinum Plus Credit Card statements.

DISCUSSION:
During the month of February 2021 normal operating checks were written, as well as a check for $152,047.41 to Ecology Action and two checks totaling $14,414.34 to the Monterey County Health Department for services for the Salinas Safe Routes to School and the ATP Every Child Projects, a check for $33,302.50 to Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. for SB 743 VMT technical assistance and a check for $3,000.00 to Moss, Levy and Hartzheim for the 2019/20 Financial Audit.
