ACCEPT the list of checks written for the month of May 2021 and credit card statements for the month of April 2021.

The list of checks and copies of credit card statements are submitted to the Transportation Agency Board each month in accordance with the recommendation from the Transportation Agency’s independent Certified Public Accountant to keep the Board informed about the Transportation Agency’s financial transactions.

The checks processed this period total $5,857,437.88 which, included checks written during May 2021 and payments of the April 2021 Platinum Plus Credit Card statements.

During the month of May 2021 normal operating checks were written, as well as  a check for $5,232,518.00 to the Transportation Agency’s Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) County account 694 of RSTP Funds electronically transferred by the State of California to the Transportation Agency’s checking account, two checks totaling $95,576.33 to HDR Engineering Inc. for engineering services and a check for $40,877.50 to MNS Engineers, Inc. for construction management services, all for the Salinas Rail Extension Kick-Start Project, a check for $10,840.60 to AECOM Technical Services, Inc. for services for the Rail Network Integration Study, a check for $2,400.00 to Streamline for website services, a check for $41,320.62 to GHD Inc. for engineering design services for FORTAG Segment 1, two checks totaling $135,324.99 to the Monterey County Health Department for services for the Salinas SRTS and ATP Every Child Projects and a check for $92,668.56 to California Towing and Transport for four months of towing services for the Freeway Service Patrol Program.
