| | | | | | | | DISCUSSION: | This application was submitted by Rogers Hawley, the owner of two mixed use developments in Carmel-by-the-Sea, one called Villa Carmel located at 4th Street and San Carlos Street, and a mixed use property at 1725 Fremont Blvd with 2 commercial tenants and 5 apartments. Mr. Hawley states that he is trying to encourage bicycle usage at all locations and wants to provide bicycle racks for both properties. |
