| | | | | | | | | SUMMARY: | The proposed schedule of Rail Policy Committee meetings for 2018 follows the existing pattern of meetings on the first Monday of the month at 3:00 p.m. except July and December, when all committee meetings are cancelled due to holidays; January, when the meeting is on the second Monday due to the New Year’s holiday, and September, when the meeting is on the second Monday due to the Labor Day holiday.

Per tradition, the RPC does not meet in July due to summer holidays or in December due to winter holidays. The January meeting would normally fall on January 1; since this date is the New Year’s holiday, staff recommends moving the meeting to January 8. Similarly, the September meeting will be on September 10, since the first Monday is Labor Day. Meeting time and location will remain the same: 3:00 p.m. in the TAMC conference room. |
